Procedure.
Calls coming in Mon-Fri, 9 AM-8 PM EST:
- Transfer to Retail Support by proceeding to Transferring/Consultation Calls for guidance on transferring guidelines.
Calls coming in Outside Mon-Fri, 9 AM-8 PM EST:
- Handle common call types only; otherwise proceed to Escalation Request for CEx Agents for guidance.
