Use the following steps if the Moneris Go App failing to load.

The app may stop working or fail to load when the device is not connected to Wi Fi or a mobile network.

For security reasons, the Moneris Go App cannot be used while Developer Mode is enabled. This may cause the app to close immediately after launch.

The Moneris Go App cannot run when Accessibility Mode is enabled, which may result in failing to load or failed launch.
