POS Integration

Contact Your POS Reseller. Let your POS reseller know that you’d like to activate your UEAT integration. They’ll take care of the setup on their end to connect your systems seamlessly. List of supported POS integration partners

Note: Integration fees may apply depending on your POS provider.

Sync Your Menu. Make sure your POS includes all menu items, modifiers, and options (like “no onions” or “extra cheese”). If something is missing, our team will send you a list of what needs to be added so your menu syncs perfectly.

Be Present for Print Tests. You or one of your staff members will need to be on-site for the POS printing tests with our team. This ensures that everything — from order flow to kitchen tickets — works smoothly before going live.

HUB: Activate third-party channels

Once your menu is ready, we’ll help you enable your delivery platforms directly through the UEAT HUB:

UberEats: We’ll need your access credentials today to start the connection.
SkipTheDishes: Activations are completed weekly in batches based on requests.
DoorDash: You can connect your DoorDash account yourself directly from your UEAT back office.
